Is it free to have a club listing?

Yes. Your club listing is completely free to set up. There are no setup fees, no subscription and no requirement to buy or hold any stock. We create your club listing and make the keyrings as your members order them.

What will our club listing look like?

Your listing will be tailored to your club. The demonstration logo and product images will be replaced with images featuring your own club logo or approved design. We can also include information about your club and links to your website and social media pages.

How do our members order?

Your club will have its own dedicated product page that you can share with your members through your website, social media, newsletters, emails and club groups. Members simply visit the page and order directly from Snazzy Frog.

What happens when a member places an order?

We handle everything. Snazzy Frog takes the payment, manufactures the keyring, packs the order and dispatches it directly to your member. Your club doesn't need to process orders, handle payments, keep stock or arrange postage.

Do we need to buy or keep any stock?

No. Each keyring is made when a member orders it, so there is no stock for your club to purchase, store or manage.

Can our listing link to our website and social media?

Yes. We can include information about your club together with links to your website and relevant social media pages, making the listing specific to your club.

Can we buy our club keyrings in bulk instead?

COMMISSION & PAYMENTS

How much commission does our club earn?

Your club earns 25% commission every time a keyring is sold through your club listing.

How will we know when we've made a sale?

Your nominated club contact will receive an automatic email notification every time one of your keyrings sells, so you'll know about sales as they happen.

How do we keep track of our commission?

We'll send your nominated contact a monthly statement on the 5th of each month showing your sales and current commission balance.

How do we get our commission paid?

Once your commission balance reaches £10 or more, you can request a withdrawal by bank transfer or PayPal.

What happens if our balance is less than £10?

Nothing is lost. Your commission simply remains on your account and carries forward until your balance reaches £10 or more.
