Can I see my designs before ordering?
Yes. Before anything is printed, we'll send you electronic previews of your personalised souvenir designs for approval. You can request as many changes as you like until you're completely happy with the finished designs.
How do I reorder more stock?
Reordering is quick and easy. Every Shop-in-a-Box includes a simple reorder guide with unique product codes, making it easy to top up the souvenirs you need online. There are no minimum order quantities, so you can order exactly what you need, whenever you need it.
How long does it take after I approve my designs?
Once you've approved your designs, we'll usually produce and dispatch your Shop-in-a-Box within 1–2 working days. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, with the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Can I request changes to my designs?
Absolutely. If you'd like anything altered, simply let us know and we'll send you updated previews. We'll continue refining your designs until you're completely happy before anything goes to print.
