Getting Started
Do we have to pay to get our club set up?
No. Setting up your club with Snazzy Frog is completely free. There are no setup fees and no obligation to place an order.
Send us your club logo or artwork and we'll create a free keyring design for you to see before you decide how you'd like to proceed.
What types of clubs can you create keyrings for?
We can create personalised keyrings for car clubs, owners' clubs, enthusiast groups and other clubs and organisations across the UK.
Your design can feature your club logo, name, event artwork or other suitable branding.
How do I see what our keyring would look like?
Send us your club logo or artwork through our Get Started page and we'll create a free design preview for you.
There's no cost or commitment, so you can see how your club keyring could look before deciding whether to sell online, order in bulk, or both.
What keyring shapes are available?
Our personalised club keyrings are available in four shapes:
- Round – 25mm
- Square – 25 × 25mm
- Rectangle – 40 × 25mm
- Long Rectangle – 50 × 18mm
We'll help you choose the shape that works best with your club's logo or artwork.
Free Club Listing & 25% Commission
How does the free club listing work?
We'll create a dedicated product page for your club's personalised keyring on Snazzy Frog, featuring your club branding, information and links.
You simply share your page with your members through your website, social media, email or club groups.
When a member places an order, they pay us directly and we take care of making, packing and dispatching their keyring. Your club earns 25% commission on every sale.
Is our club listing really free?
Yes. There are no setup fees, listing fees or minimum sales requirements.
You don't need to buy any stock and there's no financial commitment from your club. We only earn when a keyring sells.
How much commission does our club earn?
Your club earns 25% commission on each keyring sold through your dedicated club listing.
We handle the customer payment, manufacture, packing and dispatch, so there's nothing for your club to process or fulfil.
How will we know when somebody buys a keyring?
Your nominated club contact will automatically receive an email whenever one of your club keyrings is sold.
This means you can keep track of sales without having to log into Snazzy Frog or manage the orders yourself.
How and when is our commission paid?
We'll send your club a commission statement on the 5th of each month showing your sales and current balance.
Once your commission balance reaches £10 or more, payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Do we need to hold any stock?
No. That's one of the main benefits of the free club listing.
We make each keyring when it is ordered and dispatch it directly to your member, so your club doesn't need to buy, store, pack or post anything.
Who deals with the customer and their order?
We do.
Members order and pay directly through Snazzy Frog. We handle the payment, manufacture, packing and dispatch of their order, as well as any order-related customer service.
Your club simply promotes its dedicated keyring page.
Can our club page include information and links about us?
Yes. Your dedicated listing can feature information about your club as well as links to your website and social media.
This helps make the page feel like your club's own merchandise listing while also giving visitors an easy way to find out more about you.
Bulk Orders
Can we buy our club keyrings in bulk instead?
Yes. If you'd rather buy stock to sell yourself at club meetings, shows, events or through your own shop, you can order your personalised keyrings in bulk at discounted prices.
Prices reduce as the quantity increases, with bulk prices starting from as little as £3 per keyring.
What is the minimum bulk order?
Bulk orders start from just 5 keyrings, so you don't need to commit to a large quantity.
Larger quantities receive progressively lower per-keyring pricing.
How do repeat bulk orders work?
Once we've created your club design, we'll give it a unique design code.
For future orders, simply select the keyring shape and quantity you need and enter your design code. There's no need to upload your artwork or explain the design again.
How are bulk keyrings packaged?
Bulk keyrings are individually presented in clear retail-ready packaging with a Euro hook, making them suitable for display at club shops, meetings, shows and events.
Can we sell online AND order in bulk?
Absolutely. You don't have to choose one or the other.
Your club can have a free online listing earning 25% commission while also buying discounted bulk stock to sell directly at events, meetings or through your own channels.
Designs & Artwork
What artwork do you need from us?
Ideally, send us the highest-quality version of your club logo or artwork you have available — but don’t worry if you don’t have a high-resolution file.
In most cases, simply sending us a link to your club website or social media page where your logo appears is enough. We can usually work from this and will let you know if we need anything else.
If you do have a logo file, just send us what you have. There’s no need to have new artwork created before getting in touch.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. We'll prepare the keyring design for you at no charge.
We'll work with your existing club logo or artwork and create a design suitable for the shape of keyring you've chosen.
Can you create keyrings for a special event or anniversary?
Yes. We can create alternative designs for club events, anniversaries, rallies, shows or other special occasions.
If you have an idea or some event artwork, send it to us and we'll see what works best.
Can we see the design before anything is made?
Yes. We'll provide a digital preview so you can see and approve your keyring design before proceeding.
There is no charge for creating your initial preview.
Can we order a physical sample?
Yes. If you'd like to see the finished keyring before placing a larger bulk order, you can order a single personalised keyring for £5.95.
Making & Delivery
Where are the keyrings made?
Your keyrings are personalised and finished by us in Wales. We print your design, assemble the keyring, check it, package it and prepare it for dispatch.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Personalised keyrings are usually dispatched within one working day.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the postage option selected.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on the type and size of order and the delivery service selected.
