We keep delivery simple (because nobody likes complicated). All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services, and you’ll get handy email updates (plus text alerts if you’ve popped in your mobile number). How long does it take to dispatch orders?
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. We always aim to get things out quickly. If for any reason it’s going to take longer, we’ll let you know.
What delivery services do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. At checkout, you can also choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you’d like your order sooner.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48), no matter how many items you order. If you need it faster, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5.95. Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day in around 93% of cases (with remote areas sometimes taking an extra day).
How will I know when my order is dispatched?
You’ll get two emails — one confirming your order, and another when it’s dispatched. The dispatch email will include your tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or marketing folders.
Will I get updates from Royal Mail?
Yes. If you provide a mobile number, Royal Mail will send you SMS updates, and you’ll also get email updates. These include delivery date notifications and options to reschedule, change safe place, or arrange redelivery.
How do I make sure my delivery address is correct?
Your order confirmation email will include your delivery address. Please double-check it. Our system is automated from that point, so if there’s an error, get in touch via our Contact Us page straight away so we can fix it before dispatch.
Do you offer international delivery?
We currently deliver within the UK only. International delivery is not available at this time.
What happens if I’m not at home when delivery is attempted?
Royal Mail will notify you via SMS and/or email. You’ll then have options to reschedule delivery, nominate a safe place, or collect from your local delivery office.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once dispatched, we can’t amend the address.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You’ll also get updates directly from Royal Mail by email and/or SMS once a delivery day has been scheduled.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
It’s extremely rare for orders not to arrive. But if it ever happens, please get in touch and we’ll sort it quickly.
