What does Snazzy Frog do?
Snazzy Frog makes it easy for small, customer-facing businesses to offer their own branded souvenirs. We design everything around your business and local area, then package it with your logo, details, and branding. Design and production is our thing — yours is looking after your guests. Just pop the shop-in-a-box on your counter and you’re good to go.
What is a Shop-in-a-Box?
It’s exactly what it sounds like — a fully loaded, ready-made souvenir shop that arrives in a single box. Inside you’ll find display-ready souvenirs designed around your accommodation and local area, making it easy for guests to pick up a little keepsake. Everything from the packaging to the stand is branded with your logo and business details, so it feels like your very own mini gift shop — without any of the effort.
How much do I make when I sell souvenirs to my customers?
Each souvenir costs just £1.89. Most businesses sell them for between £3.95 and £4.95, which means you’re more than doubling your money — that’s a 109% markup at £3.95 or a 162% markup at £4.95. It’s a quick, low-effort way to boost your income while giving guests something they’ll love to take home.
Is it expensive to set up my Shop-in-a-Box?
Absolutely not. We know this is something new, and you might just want to test the waters to see how your guests respond. That’s why we offer a trial pack: you’ll get 4 designs, 4 of each (16 magnets in total), plus a free countertop stand — all for just £32. Depending on the retail price you set, that stock alone could bring in around £80 if sold at £5 each, meaning you’ve already covered your costs (and more) from day one. It’s the easiest way to dip your toe in, set up your mini-shop, and start selling in style.
Is it complicated to set up a shop-in-a-box for my business?
Not at all — it couldn’t be easier. Product design and manufacture is our speciality, so we handle everything for you. Simply head over to our Create your own Shop-in-a-Box page, pop in your business details, and we’ll get started. We’ll send you electronic previews which you can tweak just by describing your changes. Once you’re happy, you can approve the design with a single click, and your fully branded shop-in-a-box will be with you in just a couple of days. No technical skills required — we do all the hard work so you don’t have to.
How can I order my own shop-in-a-box for my business?
It’s simple — just head over to our Create your own Shop-in-a-Box page and pop in your business details. We’ll design everything for you and get you set up in no time. Your fully branded shop-in-a-box will arrive ready to go straight on the counter.
Once I’ve approved my designs, how long will it take to receive my shop-in-a-box?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. We’ll usually send your Shop-in-a-Box by Royal Mail Tracked 48, but if you’d like it quicker you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout. We like to keep things speedy — the sooner your stand is up, the sooner your guests can start shopping!
Design & Customisation
Do I need any design skills to get started?
Design and production is our speciality — we create everything for you. You just approve the previews, and your shop-in-a-box arrives ready to go straight on the counter.
Can I see what the souvenirs will look like before ordering?
Yes. We’ll send you electronic previews of your designs before anything goes to print. You can suggest tweaks or adjustments until you’re happy, and only then do we produce your shop-in-a-box.
What if I don’t like the first designs?
No problem — you’re free to request changes. Just let us know what you’d like altered, and we’ll send you a fresh preview. We’ll keep refining until you’re completely satisfied.
Can I suggest my own designs?
Absolutely — we love it when people get involved! Maybe you’d like a nod to your local area, a play on your B&B’s name, or even a cheeky reference to the dog who thinks he’s the real owner. Just pop your ideas in the comment box above, and we’ll shape them into designs your guests will love.
Can I send you my own images to use?
Of course! It makes our day when people share their own photos. Whether it’s a shot of your premises, a local landmark, or even the resident cat who thinks they run the place, just send it over to design@snazzyfrog.com. We’ll weave your images into the designs so they feel truly personal to your B&B.
Orders & Reorders
Are there any minimum orders?
No — there are no minimum orders. We even offer a trial pack for just £30, which includes four of each of four designs, plus a free display stand. That way you can see how your guests respond before committing to anything bigger. After that, you can simply top up as and when you need — order exactly what works for you, with no pressure to buy in bulk.
How do I reorder to top up my shop-in-a-box?
When your shop-in-a-box arrives, you’ll receive a unique order code for each design. To top up, just head to our Shop-in-a-Box refills page and enter the code for the items you’d like more of. There are no minimum order quantities — simply order what you need, when you need it.
What if I run out during busy seasons?
You can top up whenever you need — there are no minimum orders. Just use your unique product codes to reorder, and we’ll have more souvenirs on their way within a couple of days.
Delivery & Support
Is delivery expensive?
No — standard delivery is just £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and there’s also an express option via Tracked 24 if you need it a little quicker. You can find more details on our Delivery Information page.
