Option 1 is our completely hands-off service. We create your club's official keyrings, build your dedicated page on the Snazzy Frog website, process every order, manufacture the keyrings, dispatch them directly to your members, and your club earns commission on every online sale.

Option 2 is for clubs that want to buy their official keyrings at discounted wholesale prices. You sell them yourselves at meetings, events, shows or through your own website, keeping the profit from every sale.

Your club receives a dedicated page on the Snazzy Frog website featuring your official merchandise. We can also include information about your club, photos, and links to your website and social media pages, giving members a single place to learn more about your club and purchase official merchandise.

Yes. Many clubs do. You can use Option 1 to earn commission from online sales while also ordering discounted bulk stock through Option 2 to sell at club meetings, shows and events. This gives your members the convenience of ordering online while also helping your club maximise its fundraising opportunities.

Option 1: No. There are no setup fees or ongoing costs. We create your club's official keyrings and online page completely free of charge.

Option 2: You simply purchase the quantity of keyrings you need, with lower prices available on larger orders.

It's completely automatic. Every order placed through your club's dedicated Snazzy Frog page is automatically recorded against your club, so there's nothing for you to track manually.

The person managing your club's merchandise will receive an automatic notification whenever a sale is made, so you'll always know when you've earned commission.

At the end of each month, we'll send you a commission statement showing your sales and total earnings. Once your commission balance reaches £10 or more, you can request a payout at any time by bank transfer or PayPal, paid directly to your club's nominated account.

Once your club's page is live, we'll provide you with a unique link that you can share anywhere you like. We'll also supply ready-to-use promotional images that you can use on your website, social media, newsletters, forums and member emails.

Simply share the link with your members and we'll take care of everything else, including taking payments, manufacturing the keyrings, dispatching orders and handling customer enquiries.

Things move quickly. Once you've confirmed you'd like to go ahead, we'll normally create your club's artwork and dedicated online page within one working day for your approval.

Once you've approved everything, your page can go live straight away.

For customer orders, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day. Members can then choose from a range of delivery options at checkout, depending on how quickly they'd like their order to arrive.

Absolutely. Every keyring is made using your club's logo or artwork. If needed, we'll also prepare and optimise your artwork to ensure it looks its best before production.

Sure. You're not limited to a single design. Many clubs have a standard club keyring as well as special editions for anniversaries, annual shows, charity events, road runs or other occasions.

You can provide your own artwork, or simply tell us what you have in mind and we'll create a unique design for you at no additional cost. Once approved, your new design can be added to your existing online page or ordered in bulk whenever you need it.

Yes. Every keyring arrives individually packaged in retail-ready packaging with an Official Merchandise sticker featuring your club logo. Each pack also includes a hanging display hook, making it ready to display and sell straight away. Optional countertop display stands are also available.

Every club receives its own unique Design Code. Simply visit our bulk order page, enter your Design Code, select your quantity and place your order. We'll already have your artwork on file, making repeat orders quick and hassle-free.
